final thoughts

There were many problems that happened in this novel, lots of them were solved, but many main ones are still unknown. Andrew and Evie found out that their neighbour knows they're missing mother, also Andrew and Evie find out that their mother is still alive. I think the ending is very good, but it ends on a little cliffhanger, right after Andrew and Evie find out their mother is alive their dad tells them to pack because they are moving again in 20 minutes. There is a second novel the to this book and I'll be sure to read it and find out if they reconnect with their mom. The ending was very realistic because all the clues they found threw out the book came into place in the end.

My overall impression on the book was very good. I very well enjoyed the novel and looking forward to reading the second one.

Conflict

The major turning point or conflict in this novel is when andrew and evie find out that their mysterious neighbour who they thought was like a killer, actully knew their missing mother, now that they know this they start spying on her house. One day as they were spying on her house they saw a robber walk in, as they saw the robber they also saw their neighbour about to get home and walk in the door, andrew and evie try quickly to distract her, but it was to late. She when inside the house and picked up both robbers and threw them out.

If you were in this sittuation where your moms missing and your stange neighbour who you just met said she knew her, what would your reaction be?
